Family Support Networks: Develops and sustains neighborhood based 'family support' networks that blend support and services for low income and vulnerable families with children.
Service Coordination: Integrates services, improves outcomes and contains costs for families with 'high end' children who use services of multiple agencies.
System Wide Reforms: Utilizes pilot projects to promote system wide reforms in outcomes accountability, service design, finance and administration of Alameda County's services for low income and vulnerable children and families.
