To provide a continuum of high quality programs for the care and treatment of children, youth, young adults and their families, whose changing needs can best be met by a variety of mental health and social services.

Specialized Residential Services: Residential treatment for youth with severe emotional disturbance
Transitional Services: Comprehensive, individualized services to youth transitioning out of foster, residential, or family care and into adulthood.
Wrap-around and In-home Services: Provides services to young people and their families with the goal of stabilizing placements.
School-Based Services: Day treatment and mental health services for students in the Oakland public schools and with County Office of Education community schools.
