  • Education, Training, and Technical Assistance on Disability Civil Rights: Offered to persons with disabilities, lawyers, service providers and policy makers.
  • Law and Policy Reform: Informs Congress on the need for the laws and regulations that protect the civil rights of people with disabilities.
  • Litigation: Represents clients, serves as co-counsel, and files amicus briefs in the appellate courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.
