  • Transitional Housing Placement Program (THPP): Supported independent living program for youth ages 16-18 with mental health and case management services & intensive life skills curriculum.

  • THP+: Supported housing for current or former foster youth ages 18-24 with a wide range of services and support, including financial assistance to pay housing start-up costs, monthly rental subsidies, case management services, individual therapy opportunities, vocational and life skills training, and other supports toward participants' unique life goals.
