To provide educational support and advocacy for foster youth ages 5 through 18.
 
activities
 
  • Health and Education Records: Acquires health and education records including transcripts, IEP's, and immunization records for youth in out of home placements.
  • Tutors & Educational Mentors : Matches students living in out of home placements with tutors and educational mentors to assist and support students in all aspects of their educational experience.
  • Case Management: Provides specialized case management for youth in support of the academic goals of youth residing in out of home care.
  • Staff Development Trainings: Conducts trainings for foster care and group home providers.
