The CatholicCharities CARE Youth Housing Program provides subsidized housing and intensive case management services to support emancipated foster youth in becoming self-sufficient as they transition into adulthood.

  • Transitional Housing Program (THP+): Scattered-site apartment placements and a variety of supportive services. CatholicCharities provides security deposits/fees, rental subsidies, basic furnishings, and a one-time move-in stipend to purchase other household items. We also offer case management services, including employment and educational assistance, counseling, money management, and life skills training.
